TERMS OF SALE OF PUBLICATIONS ON THE WEBSITE

On the kidwits.com website we sell our publications material, such as the Funny Kids series.
We aim to please our customers. If a customer is not fully satisfied with our product or service will we try to the best of our abilities to solve the problem. We are here for our customers and we show that we care.

General

KidWits.com is owned by Gjörð ehf. We are not responsible for any typing errors, including price errors that may occur. If a product is damaged after it has been sent we are not reliable for the damage. We try to send all orders within 48 hours, however it may take up to 2 or 3 days, delivery by post takes 1 – 2 weeks.

30 day return policy

Customers can return purchased items within a 30 day period. Customers can both get a refund or new product. This only applies if the product is new, unused, and with the original packaging unharmed. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. The cost of returning the product is covered by the buyer and the method which the buyer uses to return the product is up to him.

Delivery

We ship all of our orders through the Icelandic Postal Service, Íslandspóstur hf. Postage for orders of Funny Kids is included in the price, to all country’s in the world.

Privacy policy

Gjörð ehf has discloses no information about its customers to third parties.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with Icelandic Law and parties hereby submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Icelandic Courts in respect of any claim (including non­contractual disputes or claims).
